Accents on capital letters in French

On capital letters in French, include the accents. For example, write "Ça va ?", rather than "Ca va ?". Write À, Étant donné que, Être ou ne pas être... 

You may have learned that capital letters in French do not take the accent (that's certainly what I learnt in school), but it seems the guidance has changed. See:

For Lingopolo, it makes much more sense to include the accent on the capital letters, so as not to confuse the students. Therefore that is what should be consistently applied. I can imagine that there may be exceptions (such as the abbreviations of an organisation), but they should remain the exceptions.
